JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Mobile / Qt / Web / Cloud domain development with minimum 5 years of software development management experience.
Education with Specialization:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering - CSE / IT / EEE / ECE / E&I
Job Profile in simple words:
Manage software projects in Mobile / Qt / Web / Cloud domain development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed targets of project such as business case, customer value, solution fitness for purpose, quality, compliance with codes and standards.
- Manage all project activities (plan,execute,control, correct to completion)
- Set up and maintain effective practices of leading people
- Lead people in collaboration with own line manager
- Develop capabilities of self and project team members
- Ownership of software delivery result
Required Technical Skill Set:
- Experience in Mobile SW development life cycle process
- Mobile application development (Android & iOS) experience.
- Qt / Web / Cloud domain development experience.
- Experience in dealing with external R&D partners
- Familiar with Linux environment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is an asset
- Good knowledge and experience in tools like; Robot FW, Squish, Jenkins, Quality Center, Git
- Strong interest towards quality assurance
- Excellent skills in defining product requirements and project plans.
- Excellent business understanding
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills especially towards business owners
- Evidence of sound leadership skills.
