Our Client 'Large Global Software Solutions & IT Services Provider' is looking for Java Lead/ Sr. Technology Consultant (Architect role)-Java 1.8+ It is a global provider of software, solutions, and services focused on deploying business-driven, technology-enabled solutions that create next-generation competitive advantages for customers. Headquartered in USA, with 15 offices in 8 countries employing more than 1,700 professionals.
Selection Process: Programming (Coding) Test (online from home) + 30 mins Telephonic interview (2 rounds)
Must be articulate, have good communication and leadership/tech lead skills
Position: Java Lead/ Senior Technology Consultant (Architect role)- Java 1.8+
Tech lead, Project Handling, Client interfacing, Hands on experience in Technology (Good at Programming/coding) Must.
No of openings: Three (for 3 different projects)
Client: Large US Based Financial Research client
Job location: Noida
Work Days: Five days working
Job Timing (Total 9 Hours): 10 AM -- 4 PM (6 hrs work from Noida Office) and 7 PM --10 PM (3 hrs work from home)
Remuneration: Best in the Industry
Salary offered will depend on candidates last drawn Salary, competency, experience, skills and Evaluation during the interviews.

Project: Finance (Long term Project)
Responsibilities:
1. Tech Lead/Leading a team for application design, development, planning, unit testing and code reviews.
2. Supervise/Lead the entire software development lifecycle from analysis of customer needs to prototyping and implementation.
3. Design solutions based on requirement capturing and documenting the same in the form of low level design.
4. Assist team in writing efficient code, testing and bug fixes.
5. Suggest system architectural improvements to application architects.
6. Responsible for Code contribution during development and run Daily Scrum meetings.
7. Work with different teams and architects for technical standardization.
8. Technical mentoring by example and provide guidance to the team in troubleshooting and resolving system latency and throughput issues.
9. Develop spring based Web Services for the application using Mysql database.
10. Create and parse the json object for the data submitted /requested by the different applications and save the request into database to display the data on the GUI respectively.
11. Develop the unit test cases to perform unit testing.
12. Document the Detailed Design Document (DDD) with detailed description for the project Module.
13. Perform strong validation check at server side using java and spring.
14. Make work-flow diagrams, usecase diagrams and class diagrams.
15. Prepare document for the implemented module for the client understanding
Pre-requisites (Desired Profile):
Language: Java 1.8+ (must)/Core Java/OOPS/ Threads/Exception, JDBC, J2EE Architecture and Design Patterns, Design Principal
Framework -Micro Services/Spring Boot/MVC/AOP/Security etc.
Restful web services, amazon web services (good to have)
Database - MySql/ Sql server/ nosql
Design- UML, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams
Design Skills-Methodology, Patterns and Modeling, enterprise architecting, etc.
Coding Skills-Coding Standards and Guidelines, best practices, language skill, code review skill, etc.
Web/app servers - Tomcat, WebSphere/jboss
Build tool Maven
Repository- GIT
Documentation Skills-SRS, Design and Process
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Tech/Team Lead and Client Interfacing Skills
Good knowledge of PMP, ITIL and Agile Processes.
