Company URL :- www.avekshaa.com Essential Responsibilities: • Lead and successfully deliver new products and enhance existing products in the space of application performance monitoring and engineering   – Enhance ML/AI powered products in the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and APM-AIOps space – Build and deliver new products using technologies like ML/AI • Play an important role in the success of the products – Play an active role in winning business throughs pre-sales, product demos and engaging with customer at multiple levels • Product delivery – Conduct project reviews – Go to person for technical or for managing risk across projects – Build product engineering capability • Innovation and Thought leadership – Imagines and implements unique, breakthrough ideas – Foresees customer and industry needs and responds with exceptional product ideas – Present paper and run blogs (directly and through team) – Build company and self-brand through thought leadership • Coaching & Mentoring  – Lead from the front – Takes ownership for building capability in the organization by effective coaching and mentoring to move others to a higher level of working. Skills & Experience  • At least 8 years hands-on experience in Java/ JEE technologies like Struts/JSF, Spring, EJB, JMS etc. Experience of only on the front-end technologies like Struts, JSP, Servlets, HTML will not be sufficient. • Experience in Analytics like - Node.js, Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, Apache Hadoop • Good skills in RDBMS like: Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL and NoSQL DB like Cassandra and Mongo DB • Experience in creating and reviewing technical documents like Architecture blueprint, Design specifications, Deployment architecture etc. • Exposure to Agile methodologies & Continuous Integration Tools • Good to have understanding of Cloud Hosted SaaS products – experience in working with any of AWS, Google or Azure cloud • Product mind set • Good Pre-sales experience and have played a key role in winning business along with the sales team. • Excellent communication, inter personal, liaison and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
