Experience working with multi-site global teams is beneficial. Knowledge and Capabilities: 1. SW development skills(Design methodology and patterns, SOLID principles, fundamental algorithms, clean code development) with strong knowledge of C++ and C#.Net 2. Hands-on knowledge in Test Driven Development, unit testing methods, Test and integration tools e.g. Nunit or MSTest is mandatory. 3. Must have strong communication skills and ability to abstract information to stakeholders, to enable decision making. 4. Must have strong analytical and debugging skills using tools such as WinDbg, Process Explorer etc. 5. Must have strong focus on code quality with exposure to static code analysis tools such as Coverity, NCover etc. 6.
