Core Competencies
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- Excellent knowledge, experience, and troubleshooting skills in the following Product Lifecycle Management applications: Teamcenter, NX
- Ideal if additional knowledge on the following applications: AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, and CREO as well as integration tools like SWIM, TCAI, and IPEM. Enterprise Resource Planning tools SAP and CORE+
- Excellent working knowledge of SNOW and JIRA service management solutions
- High level knowledge of infrastructure requirements and cloud solutions
- Experience managing local as well as offshore resources
- ITIL and SCRUM certification a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Production support for Multi-CAD and PLM applications
- First level technical cause analysis for issues and resolution
- Provide solutions to customers to mitigate production impact
- End user interaction and training
- Incident Management
- Coordinating with extended functional teams
- Interact with application vendors on product bug/issues
- Issue Reporting and data analytics
- End user perception survey and documentation
- Provide technical expertise to Business groups to develop new solutions and strategies to enhance the overall experience
- Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications, ability to work in a group or independently, detail oriented, ability to effectively listen to and resolve customer issues, ability to translate operational requirements into technical requirements, plan and manage engineering design tasks through participation of with extended teams
- Escalation contact for all customer related outages/critical issues
- Managing local regional support teams

- Excellent English communication and influencing skills. Ability to listen to the customer carefully, pay attention to every detail to understand the problem or the question correctly

- Friendly, thick skinned, patient, and empathetic. These skills are key to deal with different types of personalities
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in EE or ME
- 7+ Years of Experience
