Roles & Responsibilities: This position envisions product development and manages projects through completion; analyzes, designs and develops software enhancements and new modules; manages development project from initial design through testing while providing strategic management direction. • Exp : 10 – 15+ years • Minimum 1 to 2 yrs played as a Technical/Development/Engineering manager role • Hire and lead a team of Software Engineers in designing and building innovative solutions to disrupt Media and Entertainment industry using Technology. • Participate in review of architecture , High level design and low level design • Collaborate with Engineers and other Software Development Managers to ensure timely deliveries • Partner with Product Managers to ensure bug-free delivery to satisfy and delight the customers • Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work • Report on status of development, quality, operations and system performance to management Qualifications and Skills : • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information technology (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Teh/MCA). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good to have a product development organization experience • Must have excellent design, coding and refactoring skills • Good to aware of latest IT, tech trends and best practices • Must be able to communicate complex technical ideas in a straightforward way • Must have managed development leads, senior software engineers • Must have excellent functional and technical breakdown skills • Must be excellent at estimation and prioritization • Should be a lateral thinker; who provides simple innovative solutions to complex problems • Proven track record of shipping complex software solutions through an agile methodology • Ability to deep dive into the problems in order to help your team make the right technical decisions • Proven track record of developing the career of your direct reports • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in the following technologies C#.Net, asp.net, MVC, WCF, JavaScript, JQuery.
