Manage and drive a team of data engineers to implement BI tools and reports to support our business 2. Implement ETL processes using Microsoft SSIS 3. Build reporting and BI tools in a Microsoft SQL Server environment (including SQL Server Analysis Services) 4. Design and implement data models 5. Monitor system performance, implement performance tuning, and diagnose/resolve technical issues across our data warehouse environment 6. Ensure BI solutions are highly automated with balancing controls, error notifications, and scripted restart procedures 7. Provide end-user training and technical assistance to maximize utilization of BI solutions; deliver technical guidance to team, including hands-on development as necessary; oversee standards, change controls, and documentation library for training and reuse Technical Requirements : 1. 8+ years of experience managing IT resources and building BI tools 2. Experience implementing enterprise-level data warehouses 3. Experience designing and implementing BI solutions 4. 5Yrs+ Experience with data engineering and ETL SSIS 5. Expertise at SQL, data warehouse design, data modeling, and performance optimization 6. Strong understanding of relational data modeling 7. Proficiency in T-SQL 8. Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask 9.
