JD is as below Responsibilities: 1) Code Architect/Tech Lead for a project (or product), with complete ownership of technology related deliverables (Requirements, Architecture, Design, etc.) 2) Responsible for understanding of the entire code base, architectural considerations, build process, design and design decisions 3) Responsible for development infrastructure (including Build environment, tools, etc.) 4) Responsible for mentoring the entire team of developers to understand the architecture, design, functional and non-functional requirements of the project/product. 5) Responsible for interacting with Customer Tech leads and/or Architects/System Engineers Qualification/Experience/Skills/Knowledge Requirements: 1) B.E or equivalent (MCA) 2) 10-15 years’ experience in Architecting & designing Mobility /Android/iOS/ Java projects. Xamarin Experience is added benefit. 3) Excellent Skills needed in .Net/C# Proficiency at the expert level; 4) Excellent knowledge of various tools Visual Studio and Xamarin Studio, Code Reusability Across Platforms , like Xamarin.iOS, Xamarin.Android, and Xamarin.Mac 5) Hands on working experience on API and Third Party Libraries 6) Certifications from reputed organizations (SUN, IBM, Microsoft) in any area will be desirable, but not necessary 7) Ability to set direction for a team of 20 -35 Engineers and manage and oversee work as far as design, POC, architecture definition, implementation, full-fledged implementation, quality of bits delivered perspective. 8) Ability to completely own all the technology related deliverables for the project, right from requirements gathering, analysis, POC, deep dive constraint testing for critical functions as well as other aspects related to performance and scale, 9) Ability to mentor the entire team of developers in terms of understanding the architecture, functional and non-functional, ability to decide how to load developers on critical modules so that any core dependencies reflected in the architecture are completed on schedule with required quality; in other words they will need to provide these inputs to the project manager so that the schedule is appropriately de-risked from a technology risk perspective. 10) Ability to ensure that the development infrastructure, i.e. development and deployment environments, like IDE's, build and release engineering processes, use of other tools for coding standards, performance checks, unit level testing etc. are all set up and validated, and continuously monitored. 11) Deep understanding of best practices in the Java world and ability to apply best practices and evaluate/propose frameworks in real project situations 12) Have the ability to design an application from scratch following sound design principles, be able to supervise or mentor all the developers to follow best practices, be able to diagnose and solve issues as it relates to defects or bugs when it relates to a code base, be able to refractor code as the project goes along to follow best practices If interested kindly share your resume ASAP.
