Mindtree is looking for MSBI-SSIS ,SSRS and SSAS Architects Please find the JD below: MSBI Architect The MSBI Architect will deliver Enterprise Reporting services to an assigned client who has engaged our consulting services. Working in collaboration with senior members of the client’s organization and members of the engagement team, you will bring in a high degree of broad expertise in information technology and credibility to each engagement. You will also be responsible for providing Enterprise Reporting services by being a trusted advisor to clients while delivering innovative solutions to complex problems. Position Activities and Tasks • Proficient in customization and configuration of MSBI product suite • Proficient in all three components of MSBI (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) • Should be able to do complex design and high performance architecture • Should be able to design cubes for complex business requirements • Should have excellent understanding of MSBI Architecture • Should have excellent understanding of MS SQL Server Architecture • Prior experience in data/report migration projects • Developing and maintaining strong client relations with senior and C-level executivesâ€"developing new insights into the client’s business model , pain points and delivering actionable, high-impact results  • Participating and leading client engagement in developing plans and strategies of data management processes and IT programs for the clients, providing hands on assistance in data modeling, technical implementation of vendor products and practices  • Facilitating, guiding and influencing the clients and teams towards right information technology architecture and becoming interface between Business, Tech leadership and the Delivery teams  • Leading and mentoring other IT consultants within the practice and across business units  • Supporting business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction during delivery  • Contributing to the thought capital through the creation of executive presentations, architecture documents, and IT position papers • Scope Client requirements  • Deliver ETL and Data Quality Solutions Architecture and Design  • Specify solutions and articulate value to customers  • Deliver project plans and manage project delivery  • Provide best practice advice to customers and team members • Very good experience in having designed and developed reports, scorecards and dashboards • Participate with end-users , gather requirements and convert into technical documentation  • Prepare high â€"level Architecture designs for the SSAS/SSRS reporting solutions.  • Gap Analysis on the existing Reporting environment  • Design Report-Layouts out of the requirements  • Unit test Reports and validate with test cases  • Identify the performance bottle-necks in the report and resolve the same • Provide good solutions/approaches for any complex requirements • Knowledge of Big Data features and Plug-ins Mandatory People Skills • Should be able to work in a team • Should be able to mentor other team members on MSBI • Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines • To coordinate with developers / other architects / other stakeholders Mandatory Functional Skills  • Knowledge of any two of BFS/Insurance/CPG/Retail will be appreciated • Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the data warehousing project; project planning, business requirement analysis, data analysis, logical and physical database design, setting up the warehouse physical schema and architecture, developing reports, security and deploying to end users Education  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (BE/B.Tech) • Master's degree in a related field preferred (ME/M.Tech, MS, MCA) Professional Experience Required • 12 or more years of demonstrated hands-on experience in creating technical specifications, application development, testing, tuning, and support of MSBI applications • At least 5 Full cycle MSBI implementations at-least two large scale implementation with role of MSBI Architect Professional Experience Preferred • Prior knowledge in MDM/DQ tools is an advantage  • Prior Knowledge in ETL tools like DataStage, ODI, BODI and Informatica is an advantage  • Prior Knowledge in BI tools like OBIEE, BOXI, Cognos and MicroStrategy is an advantage  • Prior knowledge and experience in appliances like Netezza and Exadata is an advantage  Technical Skills Required • Excel, Microsoft Office, Visio • Platform - SQL, MDX, UNIX Shell Script Job Location :Bangalore Global Village,Kengeri Available for F2F discussion on 7th July 2018:Yes or No: If you are keen on this opportunity,Please fill the below required details and share your updated CV to Snehalata.samantaray@mindtree.com Total Yrs of Exp- Relevant Yrs of Exp in MSBI and SQL- Relevant Yrs of Exp as Architect- Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice period -  Thanks & Regards, Sneha Talent Acquisition You are receiving this e-mail because your profile contained one or more of the following words that the recruiter searched on: " "MSBI" ", " SSIS ", " SSRS ", " SSAS " Is this job relevant to you?
