Sr Software Engineer Exp:8-12 yrs Location: Bangalore Experience of developing web applications using Java, Linux and migrating code from C#.net to Java.      Responsibilities • Architect and deliver solutions that meet the business requirements and are designed for scalability, high availability, multi-tenancy, low latency, secure access and hybrid deployment (public and private cloud) • Work with Product Management and key internal stakeholders to determine product requirements. • Responsible for unit testing of the modules developed, demonstration of the functionality and traceability of requirements. • Train and guide team members technically, and work efficiently with the existing team. • Proactively promote and implement software development best practices, including open source integration during design and unit testing automation within the team. • Build strong working relationship with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that features are delivered with quality • Occasional international travel to corporate HQ and/or customer sites as needed is expected     Competencies • Proven Results â€" Proven ability to design, develop and deliver complex enterprise grade solutions, built for and using Internet technologies. Experience delivering SaaS offerings is ideal. • Experience working with highly technical teams with multi-disciplinary skillset (web, database, UI, mobile development, etc.). Have a broad technical base. • Doer Mindset â€" Ability to independently execute against deadlines. Lead by example. • Ownership â€" Hands on approach to the full product life cycle from architecture development to product implementation • Learner mindset needed to adapt to rapidly changing technology and deployment mindset. Adoption of Agile DevOps driven cloud deployment is important to the success of the product • Understanding of Clinical domain involving patient care workflows is ideal. • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with geographically distributed team. Technical Requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. • 8+ years of software development experience with demonstrated experience developing complex, database driven, and web-based enterprise software applications • Experience designing and architecting of an enterprise product and knowledge of SaaS and microservices architecture. • Ability to analyze, design, architect and resolve technical issues in production. • Extensive experience in developing web-based applications in C#.Net, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server. • Experience of developing web applications using Java, Linux and migrating code from C#.net to Java. • Experience with database programming using Java/JDBC or C#/ODBC. • Familiarity with MVC architecture is desirable. • Working Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services is preferred. • Extensive experience in working and implementing Agile development process.
