Job Description :
Key Accountability & Responsibilities:
Strong experience in leading software development projects in both windows and web platforms, with hands on skills in development using ASP. Net, C#, Vb.Net, Webforms , Winforms, Javascript, Jquery, CSS, XML
Good understanding of WPF, MVC and mobile application development.
Should be able to manage and mentor a team of 4 -5 members and deliver high quality software applications within agreed timelines.
Design, develop, test, deploy and support custom windows, web, and mobile applications.
Create software documentation and update existing documentation.
Deliver technical solution based on best practice / experience / similar projects
Conduct code reviews of development team members and ensure quality output is delivered.
Good grasp on SQL server 2008 or above.
Should be proficient in designing tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, writing complex queries with optimization techniques.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (SVN, TFS etc)
Profile Expectation:
Minimum of 10 years in developing software using Microsoft Visual Studio.
Minimum of 5 years experience leading a software development team of five or more subordinates.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines.
Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with exposure to service-oriented architectures (SOA).
Ability to design and optimize SQL Server stored procedures.
Proven ability to design and develop large scale, complex applications.
Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.
