The Candidate is responsible for technically managing and mentoring the team to · Build Conviva SDKs on Android - Java, Android SDK (Mandatory)                 to collect video streaming analytics data · Build SDKs following the best practice and easy to be integrated · Work with customers closely in initial deployment · Remain current with technology trends and developments, technology environment and platforms, along with present and future Business objectives/capabilities/demands · Review/validate requested changes or exceptions to established architecture standards working closely with Product teams · Participates in innovation efforts and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies; evaluate which technologies to retire or replace · Operate with little to no direct supervision, and demonstrate value through decreased time to market Good to have skillset: Hands-on experience in one of the following areas: • Online video platform(OVP) • Digital analytics • Video streaming technologies Role & Responsibilities • Provide architectural and technical leadership on developing device side solutions. • Technically lead and mentor development team/s. • Planning, resourcing and estimating timelines for upcoming Development tasks in Android/iOS. • Lead development efforts on device product features on Android /iOS. • Take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a product solution or offering. • Enforce sound development practices and ensure quality of delivery of device side solutions. • Understanding and explaining complex concepts (technologies, strategies, roadmaps, requirements) across a wide variety of audiences.
