Or Be able to make RESTful API calls via SOAP, from any programming language. Should have skills around Java, JBOSS, JIRA, JASON, XML, .Net, Python, Ruby and even proprietary development skills such as SAP ABAP for performing integration will be preferred. The developer needs to understand how to call APIs.  Be, familiar with both XML and JSON is a must. Be able to use Open Essential tools such as Eclipse, Jira, Postman, Git, Confluence are all necessary (or must be learned).
