Title : Senior Technical Architect (.Net Technologies) Location : COIMBATORE, Tamil Nadu. Role: Identifying the organization’s needs  Responsible for Deciding on Technology and definition system/application architecture  Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research  Arrange design discussion and work on decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system.  Explaining to Technical Architects what's required and overseeing the progress  Producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project  Ensure application is scalable , meets industry performance standards and cloud deployment standards.  Follow up Technical Architects for training development team on latest technologies , design standards and ensure adoption of the same. Technical Skills:   At least 10+ years of full working experience and knowledge of Microsoft .Net Framework/.Net Core, SQL Server or Oracle, Client-side Framework.  Extensive experience in developing web-based applications with Object Oriented Programming and design.  Working experience in any Health care product development is a plus.  Working Experience with Open Source Software (OSS) technology frameworks is an advantage. Working Experience with Cloud infrastructures and technologies an advantage.  Working Experience with .Net Assemblies/Web API development an advantage.  Working Experience with HL7 Integration Tool Development is an advantage.  Soft Skills:  Good communication with clients/operational managers â€" listening and providing answers.  Strong problem solving skills.  Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues.  Ability to gather and assimilate information.  Up to date knowledge of technical applications.  Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation and best practice.  Ability to be adapt and priorities.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions.  Need to work on Process oriented development with understanding of business logic.  Hands on Experience in minimum five county wide implementation, ability to address performance and scalability concerns of the product.  Job Type: Full-time.
