Role & Responsibilities • Ensure that the developed code captures all the documented functional and non-functional requirements • Adhere strictly to the PRGX standards for development (coding) and operational work • Work on database design, ETL job design • Identify opportunities for and implement reusable code components • Tune the code, scripts for optimal use of resources. • Prepare and implement test plans for development and operational activities • Allocate and track tasks/sub tasks • Manage tasks and sub-task priorities • Understand the domain, the business requirements and the technical challenges. • Assist with process design, and checklist documents • Maintain and adhere to estimation guidelines for task and subtasks. • Mentor and review deliverables for developers and sr. developers • Plan and conduct refresher trainings on technical topics. Education Qualification • Bachelors in Engineering (Preferred ENTC or Comp Science). If any other stream (BCA & MCA, or C-DAC). • Professional Requirements • 10+ years of relevant experience in SQL, Data warehouse with ETL and BIG data technologies • 5+ years of experience in Core Python development involving data transformation Technical Competency • Good core Python development experience. • Good handle over JSON schema and JSON data. • Proficient with different testing methodologies. • Proficient with UNIX operating system & detailed hands on Shell scripting (BASH, sed, awk, Perl) • Working knowledge on processing EBCIDIC, EDI, multi schema data. • Past project experience with data warehouse (ETL) projects. • Knowledge of different ERP’s such as SAP, JD-Edwards Oracle finance • Hands of with various planning tools like Microsoft project plan, JIRA, DAPTIVE etc. • Familiarity Java and Open source development methodologies. • Functional knowledge on Procure to Pay cycle and financial accounting principle would be a bonus Interested candidate can send their resume with below details.
