Job Description
Must Have Skills
• STRONG COMMUNICATION
• Delivery experience of Selenium testing with C#
• Good Knowledge of SQL
• Estimation, Test Plan / Test Strategies, Client Communication, Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Banking domain will be preferred
• Agile Knowledge preferred
Position Requirements
• Strong experience in using Selenium automation tool.
• Hands-on Experience on C# coding.
• Experience with Agile development; Adhere to agile principles of software development.
• Experience with database, integration, compatibility, UI usability testing.
• Conduct peer reviews of test condition/test cases/test data requirements created by testers and follow-up to close the review comments.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires minimal supervision, is a fast learner and a team player.
• Hands on experience on Functional and Systems Testing.
• Creative thinking, good problem solving skills.
• Provide regular updates on progress of allocated Test designs and Test cases to ensure
• Testing deadlines are met.
• Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test strategy, Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test
Traceability Matrix and Test Metrics, Screening and validation of the application through database and system logs
