Job Description 9 - 13 Years of Exp in Automation (Selenium) Skills : Selenium, C# Roles & Responsibilities Lead the project team to analyze project/product requirements and testing needs to create and execute a comprehensive test strategy Lead the team in software requirements, design and code reviews to provide early & continuous quality feedback, define test metrics and industry standard report definition Lead the team to identify, develop manual & automated test scripts for various types of testing (Acceptance, Usability, Functional and Regression etc) Demonstrated experience in automation script programming/automation framework (c#, .Net) to write test scripts (i.e C# code to automates regression tests) and to review the code Work closely with architects, developers and project managers to lead teams through task management and by example in all phases of the project life cycle Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and strong teamwork relationships Demonstrated experience in writing and executing test plans, test strategies and test cases, in at least 2 projects (preferred point of sale experience/payment), exposure to test life cycle.  Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft Test Manager and proactive seek ways to incorporate new/creative ideas and methodologies into testing efforts by keeping abreast of current methodologies, technologies and tools.  Good understanding of testing methodology and software development lifecycle (Agile experience preferred) and should provide leadership in implementation of complex testing solutions.
