Please find here under the details of the requirement for your consideration: Job description • Project Manager with 12+ years of experience having hands-on experience in Java and Oracle technologies. • Should have grown from technical role to PM role. Prior experience serving as a technical project manager or project lead. • Must have experience managing development projects from initiation to closure. • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, estimating and people management • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities to meet business deadlines • Strong client interfacing skills, including requirements gathering and acting as liaison between clients and the project team. • Excellent organization skills, demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly • The ability to understand complex technical operations environments, communicate issues and solution approaches to all levels of the organization • Ability to handle multiple assignments of competing priorities and work them through to an effective resolution • Proven ability to track projects against timelines and provide solutions • Must have strong oral and written communication skills • Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of fellow team members • Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks • Should not hesitate to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members, peers and managers for the benefit of the project • Understands use cases and delivery requirements. Design, Develop, review (code/design), unit test, module test, integration test, documentation for SDLC • Lead the team in developing, maintaining, enhancing, and bug fixing the code. • Following standard documentation process laid down for the project • Follow the defined SDLC process, understands, and participates in improving the process. • Ensuring all the work meets or exceeds predefined quality standards through exhaustive testing, peer reviews SQA process standards • Collaboration with different teams • Experience in managing or developing projects with broad range of information technology is a plus • PMP or Prince 2 certified preferred.
