	Job Description
	We are now looking to hire an experienced Team Leader, Production Support (UK hours shifts) with the following: TECHNICAL SKILLS: Asp.net, SQL Server, ITIL /Prince2 JOB DESCRIPTION :- 1. Own lifecycle of all tickets handled by team from receipt to resolution 2. Providing support to Global customers in a 24X7 environment by recording and answering of incidents or queries and using various remote access software to achieve resolution. 3. Take complete ownership of user update for any escalated issues. Monitoring, tracking and reviewing the progress of an incident and keeping the customer informed. 4. Ensures adherence to the SLAs / OLAs for the services that are rendered out of the Service Desk. 5. Ability to successfully handle multiple, complex engagements simultaneously. 6. Defining process for service assurance and ensure the adherence of the process 7. Communication, alerting technical staff via assignments and escalating to management. 8. Work toward converting user dissatisfaction to Satisfaction. You'll enjoy working as part of our award winning and industry leading agile support team.
