Role and Responsibility
1. Management of the support processes to meet the performance and quality agreed with customer, ensure adherence to contractual requirements and SLA’s
2. Provide periodic status update and detailed status reports
3. Co-ordinate weekly meetings
4. Co-ordinate induction and transition activities
5. Co-ordinate trainings for the team
6. Identify and elevate issues impacting on achievement of service delivery objectives and to continually improve services
7. Attend to the escalations
8. Manage outage incidents
9.Point of contact for client or Attra management on service delivery
10.Monitoring performance of services to ensure adherence to SLA & Quality
11.Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
12.Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
13.Good communication around issues and opportunities â€" get things done, make things happen
14.Service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings
15.Capacity monitoring and resource planning
16.Manages service delivery teams and individual objectives, performance and development
17.Will be the first point of contact for any escalations related to the Support desk activities and Team
18.Review of SOP's created
19.Facilitate technical discussions with onshore team and Attra practices team as per the need
