Salesforce Developer/Lead:

Mandatory Skills

ØSalesforce Design , configuration and Implementation ØData Management Ø Data Loader ØApex, Triggers, Visual force, workflows, Sharing and security.

Mandatory Experience

Ø  In-depth understanding of CRM application, capabilities and constraints. Ø  Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design and configuration of the SFDC implementation and customization (Apex, Visualforce, triggers etc.). Ø   Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc. as related to SFDC. Ø  Experience in SFDC Implementations. Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies. Ø  Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. Ø  Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. Ø  SFDC Certified professionals preferred.
