	Urgent Opening for Android Lead Company:   Datamatics Global services Ltd. Experience:   8 to 12 yrs Location:   Mumbai
	Job Description
	1. At least 6+ years mobile development experience. 2. Strong knowledge of Native development technologies on Android (eclipse and ADT) and iOS (Xcode). Use of web services for server communication (REST, SOAP). 3. Strong at OOP and OOAD concepts. 4. Work to Develop and architect the High Level Design. 5. Develop the technical & project implementation plans. 6. Take full ownership of the implementation plan. 7. Deliver product features as per release schedule and quality expectations. 8. Enhance efficiency of dev/test/release process develop tools, frameworks as required. 9. Research & track developments in the mobile and application segments. 10. Drive technology learning and provide mentorship to your teams. 11. Participate in the full life-cycle development process from product definition, through design, development, test, release and maintenance. 12. Self-motivated & ability to help set and achieve deadlines. 13. Be an individual contributor (very hands on) as well as manage your team. 14. Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations. Preferred: 1. Knowledge of Native development technologies on Blackberry 7, 10 and Windows Phone 7.5, 8. 2. Web Technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript). 3. Experience in apps interfaced with SAP, Sharepoint, SugarCRM etc. 4. Cross platform development experience: Sencha Touch, Appcelerator Titanium, Phonegap, JQuery etc. 5. Intermediate coding knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
