ERP- oracle service line is identified as one of the key engine of growth within Birlasoft.  With long presence in oracle with many complex deliveries to credit, Birlasoft has scale, competence and experience, which it intend to leverage and move to next level of growth and maturity in oracle solutions through its comprehensive service offerings across verticals. Job responsibilities: role requirements: need an energetic solution architect in oracle, should have • Around 10+ years of overall experience with minimum 4 years in oracle apps based Solutioning and estimation across modules. • Must have minimum 1 oracle cloud implementation experience (financial / supply chain /procurement), end-to-end • Must be conversant with latest trends (solution as well as customer and market) â€" oracle cloud… • Must be able to work independently with ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrix environment. • Background in oracle apps delivery â€" implementation/upgrade/migration/support • Own end-to-end development of solutions/accelerators â€" from conceptualization to deployment • Build new methodologies/processes/templates/artifacts as part of competency development • Own and create end-to-end solution and estimation as part of rfp response • Plan and execute proof-of-concept (POC) as part of client engagement process • Post winning, be the guide, mentor and SPOC for execution team and work with them towards account growth • Exposure of working with global clients in USA and Europe is highly desirable. • Persuasive, innovative with good communication and presentation skills. Willing to work against aggressive timelines • Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environment with multiple stake-holders • Pre-sales/sales certification in one of the cloud apps (financial / supply chain / procurement) is desirable, not mandatory Profile description: same as role requirement Desired qualification: B.
