Experience in Handling Mobility projects on multiple technologies (Mobility, IOS, Android and windows (framework) Experience in managing projects with distributed teams across locations Experience in working and engaging with international teams. Should be willing to go down to an appropriate and required technical depth of projects in order to gain a good oversight. Flair for knowing the latest technology trends for Internet of Things and services, bring value add to the projects  Excellent communication skills Business: Support Department Head in realizing business opportunities within the department and Co-operative support to other groups to meet department goals. Strategically plan roadmap for mobility competency and ramp up Engagement via inputs to Delivery Head on project status and possible business opportunities and risks with own Customers. Based on the business plans, plan future competency requirements and operationalize trainings / recruitments  Lead project discussions with new Bosch and global customers with help of technical experts, bringing in value addition - convincing customers on the need and pricing Deliver Business Plan targets - Revenue, Resource deployment on billable projects and deployment efficiency tracking.
