The Role you will play: - Technical Interviewer/Freelancer-Technical Interview panel Conducting technical interviews based on matching skill sets. Assessing candidates thoroughly on different skill sets. Note: Interviews will be done on our Monjin online platform Experience: - Minimum 14+ years experience with Java with Frontend . Pay - out / Remuneration: - The first 3 interviews taken by you will be demo interviews with live candidates and will be showcased to expert panel. Once they approve you will start getting remunerated from the 4th interview onwards. The remuneration is done on a Monthly basis, through an NEFT/IMPS transfer. Rs 1200 for 45 mins (US Candidates) From 12 :30 Midnight to 6 am Rs 1000 for 45 mins- (US Candidates) Rs 1000 for 60 mins interview (Indian Candidates) Rs 750 for 30 mins - 45 mins (Indian Candidates) Rs 500 for 20 mins - 25 mins (Indian Candidates) * Pay - out is monthly basis and subject to 10 % TDS deduction. TDS certificates and form -16 are shared on quarterly basis. Interviews are aligned as per time slots provided / availability given by the Interviewer.
