Experience required for the Job: 12 - 20 years Job Location: Chennai Apply Now    Reply Dear Job Seeker, Exhilarating Job Opportunity for Solution Architect at Object Frontier Software, Chennai Leverage latest technologies to design, develop, evaluate and maintain machine learning algorithms including suite of predictive learning and analytics methods to build new scalable solutions for business problems. Research and implement innovative machine learning and statistical approaches Provide expertise and assistance in integrating advanced analytics and work with business leadership teams to find best in class solutions Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of historical business data to help automate and optimize key processes/solutions for clients across domains. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation Essential: 10-15 years of experience with minimum 2+ years relevant experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Real Time Analytics, Forecasting, Big Data Technologies and Model building experience with a proven track record of leveraging data analysis to drive significant business impact. Good architecting & coding skills with Java , Scala, Python (or similar scripting language) Experience in using R, Spark, Hadoop, or any other statistical software Preferable: Advanced degree (Masters or equivalent in Mathematics /Operations Research /Computer Science) Expertise in Machine learning, Statistical/Regression Modeling and Predictive Analytics. Must have knowledge/experience in some/all of the following machine learning techniques: Logistic Regression, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Bootstrap Aggregation, Boosting, Decision Trees, Clustering, Classification and Random forest. Proven ability to design machine learning systems, including evaluating a Machine Learning algorithm. Experience in Stochastic Processes, Experiment Analysis, Bootstrapping a plus. Hands on experience in top tier startups on business application of machine learning, statistical and optimization solution development techniques. Proven leadership skills with ability to build high performing organization including hiring and performance management. Experience in mentoring and leading a team of junior team members, and guiding them on machine learning and data modeling applications Proven and strong problem solving, interpersonal, communication and data presentation skills Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills Ability to work effectively in an unstructured and fast paced environment Ability to quickly learn and gain deep understanding of business processes Good general project management skills. Ability to clearly understand business objectives of project is a must. Should have ability to define scope and have timeline management. Good documentation skills.
