	Hi All, Greetings from Damcosoft, We are hiring for Test Automation  Architect Role.  Please find below the details below:  Design, Implement & Own The Test Automation Frameworks for Core Components. Plan, Execute and Deliver the test automation goals. Mentor QA Team for white box testing & test automation framework design and implementation. Develop test utilities and apis which can be used by QA Team for better\faster\accurate testing. Adherence to defined quality standards, processes and practices. Exhibit organizations core values (Passion, Innovation, Customer First, One Team One Goal). Requirements: 8+ years of experience in desktop application/apis testing automation. Hands on with white box testing with ability to analyze and debug the code & code coverage. Hands on in developing test utilities and apis in C#, Coded UI, PowerShell for test automation.  Quick learner and adaptable to changes. Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
