Job Summary:- The Technical Specialist will work on a customer implementation projects. As part of the project team, they will help to define the customer’s business requirements and how they map to Checkpoint’s existing solutions, develop a system design, and then configure, customize, test and deploy the solution. The candidate Should be willing to travel out of India on short term as well as long term assignment Key Responsibilities:-   Help evaluate customer requirements and estimate effort for different stages of Software Development Life Cycle   Design and Develop custom scenarios and/or code as needed to implement the customer solution   Develop the project technical specifications based on the customer requirements   Participate in customer’s requirements workshops to understand the customer’s business problem, its scope, the business requirements to be met and customer expectations regarding the solution   Develop the overall technical design for secure enterprise and RFID (radio frequency identification) systems and applications.   Participate in and sometimes lead the development and internal testing effort across the globe   Prepare operations, interfaces, user and solution documentation as required   Provide support to the Sales team as needed with product demonstrations, attending sales call and development of customer proposals   Apply standard Software Development Lifecycle processes Educational Background:-   Degree in Computer Science or related field Work Experience:-   8+ years’ experience in Java & Android development Skills:-   Expertise in technologies such as Java/J2EE, SOAP, XML, SQL, Databases (SQL server, Oracle)   Working knowledge of app development on iOS and Android a plus   Experience in one or more object-oriented programming language (,Java)   Experience in developing large scale enterprise software   Hands-on developer who would be willing to develop, code and debug   Experience in deployment and supporting solutions for customers   Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies   Excellent communication skills( written, verbal and Presentation) Knowledge:-   Experience with RFID Solutions is strongly desired Legacy of Checkpoint Systems:- Founded in 1969..Headquartered in Therefore, New Jersey,USA.
