Should have expertise in automation tools like UFT, Selenium Web-driver 4. Should have prior experience in creating estimations for automation efforts & ROI 5. Guide the team on increasing automation scope coverage, creating automation utilities to support ongoing project deliveries 6. Perform automation Feasibility analysis of the application and conduct a Proof of Concept 7. Help team to improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts 8. Should have experience in preparing automated test metrics reports 9. Contribute to the value innovation initiatives by identifying an automating the repetitive manual processes 10. Should be innovative, Flexible & assertive 11. Should be able to train and mentor the team members   Specification / Skills / Experience:  Candidate must come with BFSI Domain. It is mandatory. Good communication skills. Primary Skills (Must have): Testing Automated  Selenium QTP.
