Tech, BE/B Tech. / MCA  Experience : 15-18 years for Sr. Tech Lead, 12-15 years for Tech Lead  Technical Skills : JEE, J2EE / ORM / UML / Oracle PL/SQL /CSS / JSON /   Database Skills : Oracle / SQL Server / DB2  Modeling : ERWIN / Visio / EA /UML  Project Plan : MS Project/Other PM Tools  Mandatory o Expert knowledge of J2EE/OOAD/MVC/MVC2 based web development. o Exposure/Experience on STRUTS/Design Patterns/ Unit testing/ Ant/Frameworks/ and working knowledge of RDBMS. Strong OOPS concepts. o Hands on knowledge on following technologies: Spring IOC, Spring MVC, iBatis, Webworks/ Struts, Oracle, PL/SQL.
