The team basically consists of people from electronics and Instrumentation back ground with expertise in plant maintenance. Ceat is not interested in development of software but will be mostly interested in understanding of already developed software. Their  requirement is for them  to understand the interface of this software with PLC and database system and to make small changes in the same. 1.       Name of Training Module: Delphi 2.       In-house/ Outbound Training:  AT CEAT HALOL PLANT 3.       Participants’ profile: a.       Current Knowledge level in particular training requirement: KNOWLEDGE ABOUT C LANGAUGE, ASSEMBLY LANGAUGE, & PLC PROGRAMMING. NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DELPHI. b.       Type/Nature of Job they are currently handling : TAKING CARE OF MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATION DEPARTMENT, AUTOMATION SYSTEM COVERS ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAVING “DIFFERENT AUTOMATION COMPONENTS ALONG WITH ORACLE DATABASE IN MASTER SERVER AND LOWER LEVEL APPLICATIONS DEVELOPED IN PLATFORM OF C++ & DELPHI” c.       What type of Projects would they be handling after this Training: TROUBLESHOOTING OF ISSUES IN APPLICATION DEVELOPED IN DELPHI PLATFORM & ISSUES IN INTERFACE OF APPLICATIONS WITH OTHER SOFTWARES. d.       Overall Experience level: NO EXPERIENCE IN DELPHI.
