Job Description : We are looking for the SQL DBA resource along with minimum years of experience in oracle DBA, with the below mentioned skills and experience. Strong SQL DBA 8-10 years of experience .Oracle DBA - 1 - 3 Years 3-4+ years experience in leading a team 24/7 - (Rotational Night Shift) Hands-on experience with SQL and installation /patch management /refresh etc . Disaster Recovery and High Availability Plan. Experience with Clustering and server consolidation. Troubleshooting production issues and raising high availability Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools Experience with backups, restores and recovery models Knowledge of High Availability (HA) database mirroring, replication, and log shipping and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server. Understanding and some working knowledge of SSIS/ DTS, SSAS, SSRS and common ETL practices Understanding execution plans and how to use them to optimize/ improve query costs and create indexes   Please share your updated resume with the following details.
