Location: PUNE Exp :- 10 - 15 Years Job description: Role - Understand complex business problems and assess the quality of product features that are developed at a rapid pace. - Take ownership of and implement broad testing strategies including functional, performance and security testing, among others. - Provide hands-on direction in developing extensible and scalable Test Automation frameworks and robust, effective automated tests using Microsoft and Open Source technologies. - Evangelize and enforce best practices to make product quality an integral part of the software development cycle from the ground up. - Bring vast testing experience and influence quality across multiple simultaneous product releases - Able to understand and work with test orchestration systems and should have been a part of team in achieving continuous testing in a product development setup. - Be part of a small but fast growing team of passionate developers and testers that work on and conquer challenging problems every day   Requirement:   - 10+ years' experience shipping large software products and/or services as developer or tester. - Excellent design, coding, debugging, problem solving and analytical skills. - Hands-on 8+ years' of experience with C# and .NET -  Prior experience developing test automation frameworks is required - Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium or CodedUI a big plus - Must have hands on experience in performance and security testing - Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server -  Passionate about shipping great products with a track record of having successfully delivered enterprise products in production - Must have extensive hands-on testing experience through all stages of product lifecycle across multiple releases.  - Be a great communicator of ideas and solutions when faced with complex testing issues. - Must demonstrate extremely strong testing aptitude and solve critical testing problems. - Be a technical leader with demonstrable ability to materially improve product testing efficacy.
