Location - Bangalore
Major Responsibilities •
. Design & develop the application as per desired specifications
• Own end to end product modules/features (from requirement to going live)
• Lead/Mentor small team of developers
• Design & code review, troubleshoot & help team members on issues
• Gather requirements by interacting directly with the end users
• Research on open source framework/technology required for developing the feature/application
Qualifications • Education: BE/BTech/MCA, BSc/MSc CS from reputed institutions can also apply.
Essential and
Desired Skills
Essential Skills:
• Candidates must have a minimum 8 + years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and running highly scalable Portals using PHP, Ajax, MySQL or Similar DBs, Java scripts
• Must be very well versed with Web portal design, development, deployment/production and post-deployment monitoring processes
• Should be very strong in OOP concepts, data structures and algorithms
• Should be good in Database design/optimization, should be very strong in SQL
• Should have good knowledge in Apache/Linux environments.
• Should have good experience in using javascript framework such as jquery, YUI, mootools, dojo etc.
• Should have good knowledge of performance and security related best practices
• Should be inquisitive and take on technical challenges with little inputs
• Should be able to design & develop applications modules/features independently with little or no support.
• Should be able to lead/mentor junior developers
• Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English
Desired Skills:
• Exposure on building mobile application applications will be a plus.
• Exposure/knowledge of Java will be a plus.
• Knowledge on Medical domain/PHP will be an added advantage
