We are looking for Performance Testing Lead for a Financial Service Organisation for Gurgaon Location. Position: Performance Testing Lead Experience Range: 10-16 Years Role & Responsibilities: * Define and implement performance vision for the Retail Technology testing function * Deliver projects in the performance testing space and ensure delivery efficiency * Define metrics, practices, processes, reports and tools to ensure delivery is managed * Knowledge and stakeholder management * Define best practices and improvement ideas to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. * Maintain a detail functional understanding of the key business systems and future developments. Experience Required: * 10 + years of hands on experience in performance testing, analysing application performance and performance engineering space * Hands on experience on HP Loadrunner (preferred), JMeter * Knowledge of monitoring, profiling and tuning tools e.g. CA Wily, HP Diagnostics, New Relic, I3, HP Openview, J-probe, Optimize-IT, SQL Power Tools, TOAD * Able to accurately analyse performance test results and present results and analysis * Good Knowledge in J2EE technology * Good knowledge around thread dump analysis, heap dump analysis and AWR reports * Exposure to testing tools such as, ALM, Quality Center, Selenium, QTP, Jira etc. Please share your updated resume with below details :- Total Exp : Relevant Exp : Current CTC: Expected CTC : Notice Period : Date of Birth: Current Location: Preferred Location : Thanks & Regards Careerist Management Consultants Pvt.
