Automation Test Engineer
Test Automation lead - Lead
* The Test Automation lead must able to take leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, prioritize activities, and maintain schedule
* Should able to lead automation initiatives with a robust frame-work that allow to perform end-to-end testing with multiple integration points (Data-Driven, Functional & Hybrid)
* Should be proficient in Selenium - Web Driver
* Have experience on Project specific library files preparation and, Data driven the test scripts.
* Prepare automation strategy considering short term and long term goals (development and maintenance)
* Should able to review application requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.
* Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of scripts.
* Good interpersonal and people management skills to work with management, developers, and testing, to meet overall goal.
* Understand the business scope quickly and assist using automation even on ad-hoc request (for sanity testing)
* Preferably worked in BFSI domain
