Job Description:

Overall 8-10 years of QE experience and minimum of 2 years of full time exp in BigData technologies like Hadoop, Amazon RedShift, MapReduce, Apache Pig etc

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science/Electronics/Electrical engineering, or related field is preferred.

Experience in SQL and test expertize in ETL / Data Migration / Data Transformation is must.

Strong Unix understanding and core familiarity a must.

Knowledge of one or more object oriented languages (e.g., C++ or Java) and/or scripting languages like python.

Candidates with strong Testing concepts and end to end automation experience are preferred.

Familiarity with CI/D and tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, Sonarqube, Chef ideal

Familiarity with REST Testing

1. Look at developers with Data background with overall 4-6 years’ experience and check if they are open to lead small QE team focusing on Automation.

2. Look at Non-Data automation leads with good Core Java experience (Not selenium) or C/C++/Python experience with min 6 years’ experience.

3. Look at Etl & Big data tester with overall 8-10years experience and focusing on Automation.
