Position: Senior iOS Developer(iOS designer & developer)
JD:
Designation - Senior Software Engineer
Role: iOS designer & developer position with hands on experience using mobile & web technologies. Should provide technical & functional guidance to the team at the capacity of driving the destined business goals and delivering features.
Key Competencies
* Individual with minimal 8 to 10 years of coding using Objective C in iOS development
* Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics & Core Text
* Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
* Experience with using third party libraries & API's
* Having good troubleshooting skills with track record to solve customer problems by identifying and performing root cause analysis (esp. on mobile applications)
* Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
* Have exposure to orchestrate technical and functional design by discussing with architects and tech leads, prioritize and help product management for predicting right delivery commitments,
* Solid understanding of mobile development life cycle.
* Good exposure to agile & esp. scrum process will be an advantage.
* Strong in design principles like SOLID
* Participate and drive feature level design & architecture needs
Additional Skill
* Good hands on debugging skills
* Exposure to Gerrit & Jenkin or similar build system
* Strong in fundamental to suggest mobile UI design recommendations
* Able to write simple queries using sql
General
* Product / captive experience with similar domain (consumer electronics / mobile) will be a plus
* Willingness to work overlap time zone if required based on project need basis
* Travel readiness to US
Experience: 8-12 Years
