Job Description
The Project Manager will be a forward thinking member of software team. In this role, they will act as front runner for a given project to build applications to solve challenging business problems. They are responsible for the delivery of software solutions from concept to completion. In addition, they are expected to promote best practices, predict and mitigate risks and work collaboratively with software team, including: Project Manager, Tech leader, Developers, & Testing Engineer.
He/she will be a seasoned and proven leader in Project Management how the information should be presented on the Software Solution. They will collaborate with On-site Manager to understand goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership of complex, global distributed, multi-disciplinary implementation projects
Time-, scope-, quality-, risk- and client relationship-management
Create and track integrated project plans and estimations
Assists in planning and coordinating systems analysis design and implementation projects
Independently performs project management responsibilities for development and support efforts.
Provide structure and supervision to project teams to ensure maximum performance
Analyze problems and give solutions to meet Client needs
Deliver balanced and integrated solutions to our clients challenging business problems
Can actively identify, manage, quantify and escalate risks to various internal and external stakeholders
Evaluates complexity and risks associated in adding scope iterations
Works with application development teams and business clients to identify and specify the business requirements
Is well versed with different ways to document requirements, design and architecture and can chose the right artifacts needed during a project
Must Have: The person should have good exposure in one of the domains like Health Care/ Finance/Retail/Mobile/ Real Estate
