	Thirdware Technology Solutions is a multinational Information Technology organization currently recruiting Java / J2EE - Senior Developer for Gurgaon location. Please read and understand the job profile Position: JAVA / J2EE - Senior Developer Work Location: Gurgaon Position Description: . Creates IT solutions to solve business and infrastructure requirements. . Creates initial conceptual design of solution based on business requirements. . Selects architecture direction with architects. input. . Defines interoperability with interfacing systems/ infrastructure. . Shepherds high risk tasks early in the project and to completion. . Develops software configuration and release management. . Ensures solutions adhere to corporate IT standards, maintainability and ensures functional and non-functional requirements are met.   Skills Required: (Senior) for JAVA development team 5+ years JAVA development experience Good working knowledge of JCOE frameworks . Experience with developing software in an Agile environment . Experience with service oriented architecture, design and development of WSDL Schemas and strong knowledge of XML. . Expertise working with multiple databases (MS SQL Server, DB2, Oracle) . Should have experience with test driven development with refactoring in mind. .
