Database Administration in SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 2. SSIS & SSRS 3. Automation 4. Performance Tuning/ Profiling 5. Able to suggest optimization of business use cases. 6. Troubleshooting Production Database Issues with quick turnaround time. 7. Writing and managing Jobs which might be long running but must be non-blocking or minimum blocking. 8. Experience of DB Replication/ Migration. 9. Setting up and managing Monitoring of Production DB Health / Dashboard. 10. Understands Business use case and suggests best solution for DB point of view. 11. Understanding of database connectivity/ instances/ default vs. custom ports. 12.
