The JD is as below:
POSITION TITLE : Senior Java Developer : As a Senior Java Developer, you will be a part of one of the teams and will work closely with Product Management team in designing and delivering the right solutions.
Location: Bangalore
Employment Status: Regular, full-time
Experience: 7 - 10yrs
Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience as Java developer working with SPRING & HIBERNATE.
* 3+ years experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.
* Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
* Great coding skills and computer science fundamentals.
* Strong problem solving abilities and ability to deliver results in pressure situations
* Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
* Superlative & demonstrated learning ability.
* Must have a full understanding of the software development lifecycle, and be able to work both independently and collaborate with other team members
* Good communication skills
THEIR TECHNICAL STACK
Java 8, Apache Tomcat 8, PostgreSQL, Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS, Bootstrap, HTML5, D3.js, CSS3, Redis, Kafka, Zookeeper, Gluster, ElasticSearch, Apache Storm, Amazon AWS Services (SQS, SES, SNS, etc.) and lots more.
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of shipping a certain module or feature, end-to-end including design, coding, testing, quality assurance, API, documentation, etc. (Naturally, it is a team effort and will involve other team members.)
* Come up with beautiful solutions to tough problems
* Apply known software patterns to situations or detect new patterns
* Requirements analysis and design
* Detailed design of software packages, classes, etc.
* Database design
* Coaching / mentoring
* High speed learning and staying abreast of technological changes. Introduce new ideas, tools, techniques, and technologies for the benefit of the business and its customers.
