We have multiple roles for Infra Architects with our evolving team with the following details
As Architect you are considered as a technology leader in your specialty you will have the opportunity to influence some of the most strategic and interesting wins: by providing complementary skills and expert guidance. You will engage deeply with the local teams to both develop and assist with presale, envisioning and planning of enterprise solutions, lighthouse projects and new technologies. As recognized expert in your specialty you will be in demand for guidance and quality reviews. You will also play an important leadership role for the APAC technical communities, enabling connections with our Product Groups and the Services HQ technical leaders.
Requiring deep involvement with customers, partners and subsidiary sales and Services teams as well as HQ leadership, this position offers you the chance to gain significant experience across different levels of IT maturity as well as getting broader exposure to the MS organization.

· Customers, partners and local team satisfaction (measured as repeated business, repeated request for services)
· # of Technical Quality Assurance reviews
· # of community interactions, coaching sessions, mentorship relationships
Required skills
· Expert knowledge of one key Microsoft infrastructure technology, depth knowledge of in application, breadth knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies viz. Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, Security Infrastructure, Desktop, Microsoft Cloud offerings and Server Deployments.
· Expert and depth knowledge must include Microsoft technologies as well as industry and competition
· Depth knowledge and proficiency in solution selling, proposal development and RFP processes
· Breadth knowledge of project management and enterprise architecture
· Able to work at multiple opportunities and projects concurrently and with a great degree of autonomy
· Able to self-guide yourself as well as passionate for teaming and connections, including exposure to diverse cultures
Experience
· The team objectives require high profile, well recognized individuals with substantial experience, therefore the requested candidate is an Architect/Principal or above with 10+ yrs of experience.
· Candidates not satisfying the above criteria will be evaluated only if carrying an exceptional profile.
Education
· Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Higher degree preferred.
· Microsoft Certified Architect (Breadth) a bonus.
