Job Description for QA Lead profile:
* 7.5 - 13 years of QA experience out of which at least 2 years in Lead or Manager Experience
* At least 2 years of Retail experience (Sterling experience will be a bonus)
* Proficient in QA processes
* Experience with one or more QA tools
* Understand the solution of the project
* Work with the QA Lead to come up with testing strategy / test plan / test schedule
* Has managed a team of 5-10 people
* Managed status Reporting
* Has managed execution of the testing related activities and co-ordinate with Project Manager
* Has performed estimation for QA needs
* Has done work on improving QA Process Improvements
