·         2nd   Round:- FTF interviews(technical) /Managerial /HR

Position requiring  professional qualifications with several years of work experience, resulting in extensive knowledge of several disciplines/expert knowledge of a few disciplines

•Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities

•Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.

•Has the ability to respond to detailed queries

•Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles.

•Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review.

•Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster

 

 

t entry level an associate architect is

•Expert in at least 1 module or functional area of their primary product

•Expert in at least 1 layer (UI, service, business, etc..) and Expert in the programming environment of their primary product.

 

The expectation from an associate architect are:

•He leads prototyping and proof-of-concept projects.

•Propose designs for new modules. Identify deficiencies and technical debt, and suggest improvements.

•Is able to review primary product design influence. Responsible for High level design, non-functional requirements etc.

•SME for one or more areas of the product. Technical go-to person for the product.

•An associate architect has diverse knowledge and continuously work towards a deep understanding of a wide-range of architectural styles, patterns and technologies –and draws on this when deciding how best to fulfill given requirements.

•He tests the architecture through prototyping and pilot projects, participates in the design and coding tasks, and ensures ongoing integrity of the system by enforcing the constraints imposed out by the architecture.

•He should be able to help in defining processes and guidelines for a project.

•He should be able to help in establishing design and implementation guidelines for the overall project in consensus with peers to ensure technical consistency between various teams and various features, with theinvolvement of the tech leads.

•He understands the organizations business strategy and should be able to work with product management to define and refine the product requirements.

•Understand customer requirements and market trends and translate them to technical vision

•Provides Tech lead coaching in technical and non-technical aspects to bring up all Tech leads to the same plane. Help the Tech leads in arriving at the estimates and review the same.

•Facilitate knowledge sharing frequently -boot camps, training to other teams.

•Ability to work on multiple products

•Has advanced knowledge of core and special modules of secondary product.

With regard to the online assessment, please find some general information/instructions:

·         The assessment has two parts: an untimed Personality Profile and a timed (22 minute) Aptitude section.

·         It should take you about 45 minutes to complete both portions of the assessment.

·         Aptitude test consists of 50 questions and you would be required to answer in 22 minutes(timer limit)

·         The areas covered included:
- Alphabetical series
- Graphical Series
- General English
- Basic Arithmetic

·         Do not spend too much time on any one question(As you would be needed to complete all 50 questions to clear the aptitude test).

·         There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

·         You must answer each question before moving forward(You cannot toggle between questions).

·         It is recommended that you move through the assessment at a steady to swift pace. Once you begin the assessment, it cannot be restarted or stopped.

·         I would recommend to prepare with the links given below and then plan to take the online assessment. You can browse the following links and check Google for similar links with regard to preparation  for  the assessment:

 IMPORTANT NOTE : If you have already attended the test/interview with Aptean earlier in any location, you will not be eligible to take the test for next 6months.
