	Job Description
	Position summary  Self-managed individual who can define the next level for Automation frameworks. Strong Experience in Test Automation Tool/Frameworks E.g. Cucumber, Concordion, Fitnesse, Selenium WebDriver, SoapUI, JMeter. Strong JAVA knowledge OR Strong API testing Knowledge. Good in Test Automation planning and Stakeholder Management Strong Database knowledge , able to write complex SQL Queries Duties & accountabilities  Operational Support  Leadership  Should have Min 4 years of experience in leading Automation Teams with an overall experience of 10 to 15 yrs. Able to define optimal Automation Test Strategies for front to back Financial products(Capital Markets) Able to define, drive and execute Continuous Integration across automation solutions. Should be a Problem solver and should be able to extract innovation out of the team Technical  Strong Knowledge of JAVA and frameworks like Junit, TestNG.& DbUnit Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL Testing / Automation solutions for ETL / DB applications Understanding XML files and interpreting results provided in the format. Desirable  Knowledge of test automation tools like selenium webdriver Experience with other programming languages (e.g. Python, C++ or C#) would be advantageous Ensure defects and incidents are identified, prioritized and dealt with, and that any new versions of software are released in a controlled and timely manner Education and experience  Fluency in English, spoken and written Solid technical background in implementing object oriented systems  Technical requirements gathering where knowledge of financial markets and affinity with numbers are considered a plus Experience with advanced low level Java programming APIs, such as concurrency, NIO and byte buffers.
