The Current opening is for delphi architect position. It's a permanent position with our company.
Job Description
Designation: Delphi position
Very Strong in Delphi and Object oriented analysis and design fundamentals.
Good experience in developing Stand-alone Delphi applications.
Should be hands-on in Delphi, C, C++, related frameworks, and tools.
Very strong database skills with any RDBMS are essential.
Experience:
Should experience in IT product or services development.
Skill Set: Delphi, Embarcadero Rad Studio IDE or Lazarus, C, C++, RDBMS, Web Services.
Technical Responsibilities:
Develop User Interface Prototypes
Develop Interaction and Class Diagrams
Develop Web Application Modules (screens, reports and batch processes)
Perform Unit and System Testing
Perform deployment across the Development, Testing, Staging and Production environments
Conduct code and design reviews within the team and with other teams.
Maintain proactive and consistent communication with all stake holders
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
Ability research into new areas and come up with ideas and solutions
Ability to work independently and produce results
Identify and resolve all technical issues faced during the course of the projects assigned
Strong stand alone and Web based programming, analytical skills and problem solving ability
Preferable:
Knowledge on .NET framework
Knowledge on Windows programming interface
Knowledge of Build Tools
Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology
