For more info,visit http://accolite.com/work-with-us ; Accolite- Silicon Review Yrs of Exp:- 8 - 12 yrs Job Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad/Delhi Job description * Manage Automation development and Manual QA teams and design/work on automation frameworks and manual test plans. * Lead efforts to develop, document, and implement applicable QA processes and procedures to provide more effective quality methods within the group in support of providing quality products. * Experience delivering automation framework and tests for a medium/high complexity product with Selenium. * Create, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans and test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing of all assigned software model systems to ensure compliance with software models specifications. * Gather requirements, Resource planning, Risk identification and mitigation etc. * Develop software model quality test plans and test cases, and lead in setting and maintaining the standards for Software Quality Assurance test documentation. * Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure software features requirements are met. * Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the development process. * Identify areas for test improvement through analysis, experience and use of metrics. * Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely manner. * Coach and develop peers and subordinates on the QA process, best practices and provide guidance needed * Plan, organize, and monitor the execution of the work assignments for the Quality Assurance Team. * Ensure that the project schedule is adhered to and the work is completed according to the schedule. * Conduct Gap analysis and Resolution for Test Coverage and Test efficiency based on feedback. * Addressing queries from Product Management and Client Servicing teams w.r.t our software products. Desired Candidate Profile: * Min 8 Years' experience & above * Internal and external client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Possess a proven track record of building, leading, and managing a functional and technical QA team with a strong sense of quality ownership and feature advocation * Experience with atleast one programming/scripting language out of Java/C#. * Experience with more than one automation tool out of Sahi, SOAPUI, TestComplete, Cucumber. * Experience with any database - Oracle, SQL Server etc * Demonstrated leadership capability * Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision * Attention to detail and accuracy * Capable of reasoning and thinking through problems and be able to independently and jointly develop desired solutions * Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members * Aptitude for learning, understanding, and applying concepts EDUCATION Full Time Bachelors / Masters degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred) .
