  Job Description  
 
Looking for a core Pre-Sales Manager (Solution Architect) with some hands-on technical experience for doing pilot, technical implementation as well.
Profile and qualifications:
The candidate shall have at minimum the below 2 core skills in his profile:
Management & Pre-sales technical: He/ She should have strong expertise in understanding customer expectations from implementation, ability to map solution to fulfill client overall objectives, understand current pain areas of customer in production environment, knowledge of SDLC process, knowledge of application support and enhancement processes and deployment of features/functionalities delivered via services, applications & platforms. 
- He/ She should be able to interact with customers in a business friendly manner and manage customer presentations effectively.

Technical Skills: Some J2EE/.Net knowledge with skills in usage of SQL queries and stored procedures, Implement custom products at customer locations and do configuration
of product based on the overall expectations as part of pilot implementation activities, understand the overall technical landscape of the application analysis and ability to comprehend the technical value propositions from the analysis results.

Business Development Skills: Should have inclination to business development and be comfortable in interacting with clients and making ad-hoc presentations, as needed.
