Experience Required 2-3 Yrs/ 4--5 Yrs / 6-8 Yrs/ 13-15 Yrs
Compulsory Expertise in Site Transfer/ Meta Transfer/ R&D Transfer
Min qualification required M. Pharm/ B.Pharm/ B.Tech (Chemical)
Salary Range (CTC) Rs.3-4 lakh/ 5 -7 Lakh / 10-12 lakh / 15-16 lakh PA
Work location: Bangalore
JD:
? Technology Transfer of products, compliance to dossiers, handling change control, deviations and other GMP documents.
? Need basic knowledge of Chemical reactions and kinetics, heat transfer, fluid flow, distillation, extraction, crystallization, and filtration.
? Ability to interact with scientist to collect lab scale data, material balance, critical process parameter evaluation, what ifs and negative study.
? Ability to capture process data from Lab scale experiments.
? Awareness of guidelines (ICH) related to Process Validation and Technology transfer.
? Ability to prepare documents for Tech. transfer (like reaction balance, process flow diagram with volume and time cycle calculation, Kilo lab batches report). Review of validation protocol and report, production batch documents, APQR, self-inspection reports, market complaints, investigation reports and in ?process quality reports.
? Review of Dossier and checking feasibility of products in manufacturing site.
? Tech transfer / troubleshooting
? New product launch
? Provide technical support to pre-exhibit, exhibit, pre-validation/ validation/scale-up/commercial batches Preparation
? To coordinate time /manpower with store, QA,QC, Packaging Development , and other cross functional departments for smooth transferring of product
? Preparation Of MFR/MMD/BMR/Validation Protocol/ Validation Report/Product Development Report / Product Development Record
? Pre-exhibit and pre-validation Manufacturing starting from the designing of batch size and Process optimization
? Applying technical skill for successful and smooth completion/launch of the product Transfer form lab scale to plant.
? Planning& Execution of Exhibit, Validation batches, international site transfer, Domestic site transfer, troubleshooting.
? Handling of utilities requirement during process execution at plant scale.
? Ability to explain process parameter & control to Production department and also ensure safety measures during execution.
? Batch size calculation and equipment and area feasibility for transfer products accordingly Commercial forecast, product requirement.
? Preparing and review of R&D trial report, MFR, BMR, PVP, PVR Technology transfer pack, stability protocol,
? Co-ordination with manufacturing sites (QA, R&D, Production, QC Supply, RA) for speedy and smooth execution of trial, validation, and commercial batches.
? Follow up and tracking with contract manufacturers for Trial plan, Validation plan, commercial plan, row material availability, RM release, and stability studies of products.
? Alternate AIP vendor development for cost improvements projects for USA, UK, Europe etc.
? Review of executed documents, stability data.
? Technology Transfer from one manufacturing location to other
